Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading international security technology company, is seeking an experienced EU accounting specialist to join our Warsaw finance team. You will maintain accounting records for multiple entities, ensure VAT and invoice compliance, process employee expenses, and support SAP migration and month-end closes across EU entities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in EU accounting, strong communication, attention to detail, and fluency in English (B2+) with Ukrainian (B2+)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of accounting experience in the EU.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to develop in international accounting.
• English level - B2+; Ukrainian level - B2+.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for multiple entities in different jurisdictions.
• Ensure invoice compliance and VAT treatment across jurisdictions.
• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Coordinate with treasury for timely payments.
• Support SAP migration and month-end close processes.
• Assist in general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
• Quarterly reconciliations with contractors and related entities.
