Job summary

AIS WSI Europe Sp. z o.o. in Radom seeks a Senior Accountant to manage the general ledger, VAT returns, and financial reporting. You will coordinate with Polish and international finance teams, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance in a full-time, office-based role.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting, a relevant university degree, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. Fluency in English is essential for an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• University degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Good knowledge of VAT regulations and CIT.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good command of English for international environment.
• Excellent MS Excel skills; ERP experience; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accuracy of accounting entries.
• Reconciling balances and intercompany transactions within the Group.
• Monitoring timely settlement of liabilities and preparing payments.
• Preparing VAT, VAT-EU and other mandatory tax returns.
• Preparing reports and statutory filings for Statistics Poland (GUS) and others.
• Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Cooperating with external auditors during financial statement audits.
• Cooperating with finance teams in Poland and abroad.
• Maintaining the fixed asset register.
• Issuing sales invoices and recording revenue and costs.
• Reviewing settlements for tax compliance.
• Supporting the Finance Manager during audits and ongoing finance projects.
