Job summary

Regnology, a global leader in regulatory reporting, is seeking a German-speaking Technical Writer to join our documentation team in Poland. You will own and maintain German language product documentation for banking and regulatory reporting solutions, collaborating with product managers, developers and BAs to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Knowledge of documentation as code and experience with Markdown or XML-based formats is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Technical Writer or in regulatory/documentation-heavy domains.
• Strong writing skills with attention to terminology and domain accuracy.
• Experience documenting complex financial or regulatory topics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Author and edit German-language technical documentation for banking/regulatory products.
• Ensure content reflects current software behaviour and adheres to style guides.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs and Developers to clarify functionality and edge cases.
• Explore documentation-as-code approaches (Markdown, XML formats).
