DXC Technology is seeking a Banking Process Specialist with German to join our team in Wroclaw on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on executing and optimizing banking processes, analyzing data, and ensuring quality and compliance across the documentation and reporting tasks.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with at least 1 year in a similar role, plus fluency in German (B2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in business process transactions
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
• Fluency in German (min.B2)

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee business process transactions, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Analyze data, contribute to process improvements, and assist in reporting.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members.
• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with quality and procedural standards.
