Job summary

WW Talents in Athens, Greece, seeks a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and emails, provide technical assistance for mobile, internet and TV services, and identify upsell opportunities.

You will join an international team with relocation support, a €1,300 gross monthly salary paid over 14 months, plus quarterly sales bonuses, a productivity bonus and monthly transport bonus, along with comprehensive training and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Fluent or native-level German (C1) is required.
English proficiency at B2 level for training and internal communication.
Experience in customer service, contact center, telecommunications, or sales is advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality German-speaking customer support via inbound calls and email.
Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues related to telecommunications services.
Assist customers with billing questions, account activation, and management.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Perform cross-selling and upselling activities.
Support contract renewals and customer retention efforts.
Handle cancellation-related inquiries and contribute to loyalty.
Document interactions, cases, and solutions accurately.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality targets.
