Job summary

WW Talents in Athens is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Agent to provide after-sales support for premium household appliances. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot product issues, and assist with deliveries and refunds.

You will document interactions in Salesforce, collaborate with English-speaking customers from the UK and Ireland when needed, and work on AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level German with C1 proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Ability to confidently use customer support and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Agent, you will provide after-sales support and troubleshooting, assisting customers with product, delivery, and refund inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide German-speaking customer service and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot product functionality and technical issues related to household appliances
• Handle customer inquiries regarding deliveries, refunds, and product-related concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions and manage cases using Salesforce

• Assist English-speaking customers from the UK and Ireland when required

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
