Job summary

TTEC in Krakow, Poland is seeking a German-speaking Team Leader to join our on-site team. You’ll lead and coach a group of associates, motivate performance across Sales and Service, and help deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.

Reporting to the Sales Service Delivery Manager, you’ll resolve escalations, guide development, and ensure smooth operations. The role includes relocation bonus and sign-on bonus as part of a diverse, community-minded company culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school background
• Experience in sales management or equivalent
• Ideally in a BPO or call center environment
• German language at C1 or native level

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach the team to meet goals across Sales and Service
• Answer associate questions and escalations while ensuring quality customer experience
• Act as first line manager and report to Sales Service Delivery Manager
