Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across Germany and other EMEA markets in a fully remote role within a global RPO project. This role requires strong TA expertise with German language proficiency and experience in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare.

You will source candidates, conduct screenings, and partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies while building robust pipelines for current and future needs across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of recruitment experience in agency, RPO, or corporate TA.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• German language at minimum B2 level (required).
• English language skills at minimum B2 level (required).
• Pharma, life sciences, healthcare, biotech or medical devices sector experience.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized and results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake through offer.
• Recruit primarily for Germany while supporting other EMEA markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen interviews and assess candidate fit against role requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS.
