Job summary

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner fluent in German to support end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region, including Austria, Poland, Sweden, the UK and Ireland. The role is hybrid with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, offering a competitive salary package and annual bonus.

You will manage the full recruitment process for white-collar roles, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is beneficial.
• Fluent German, English and Polish.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruiting across EMEA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions.
• Create engaging job advertisements and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and recruitment practices.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders on offers, hiring decisions, and recruitment planning.
• Promote employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.
