Job summary

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who speaks German to support EMEA recruitment, including Poland, Austria, Sweden, UK and Ireland.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles, create compelling advertisements, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide market insights. You will build talent pipelines and drive a strong candidate experience across multiple locations in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German, English, and Polish.
• Multiple years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Business Partner - German Speaking

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities across the EMEA region? In this position, you will be responsible for the E2E Recruitment processes, covering multiple hiring locations situated in Austria, Poland, Sweden, UK and Ireland.
