You will lead end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles, create engaging job advertisements, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate is fluent in German, English, and Polish, with several years of recruitment experience, and a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions across multiple locations.
• Create engaging job advertisements and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and recruitment best practices.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders on offers, hiring decisions, and recruitment planning.
• Promote employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
