Job summary

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner fluent in German to support end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region, including Austria, Poland, Sweden, the UK and Ireland. The role is hybrid with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, offering a competitive salary package and annual bonus.

You will manage the full recruitment process for white-collar roles, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is beneficial.
• Fluent German, English and Polish.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruiting across EMEA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions.
• Create engaging job advertisements and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and recruitment practices.

• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders on offers, hiring decisions, and recruitment planning.
• Promote employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.

Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Business Partner - German Speaking Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. Join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals. In this position, you will be responsible for the E2E Recruitment processes, covering multiple hiring locations situated in Austria, Poland, Sweden, UK and Ireland.

• Multiple years of experience in a similar field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage
