Job summary

Linklaters in Warsaw is recruiting a Revenue Controller with German language proficiency. The role covers billing and credit control, with responsibilities from matter opening to invoicing and collections, in a hybrid work setting close to Rondo ONZ.

You will collaborate with Finance Billing CoE and local offices, ensuring e-billing compliance, accurate data management, and KPI delivery while supporting process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in billing & credit control, AR / Order-to-Cash processes.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Data entry and data management capability; familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Open matters and review data for new matters (VAT, address, billing rates).
• Set up billing flows and matter structures; assist in setup and transfers.
• Manage billing process: draft/issue invoices and e-billing compliance.
• Assist in credit control: reminders, responses, and follow-ups.
• Produce billing reports and assist collections when needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies and internal controls.
