Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Payroll Analyst to support payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and daily operations with a vendor. You will report to the Global Payroll Manager and split time between office and remote work based on current needs.

The role requires German payroll expertise, SAP/SuccessFactors experience, and fluency in German and English. A base salary of 7,333–9,133 PLN gross per month is offered with potential incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in a German payroll environment
• Fluent in German and English, both speaking and written.
• Very good understanding of payroll terms
• Knowledge in German payroll and pension law
• Great skills in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll outputs (G2N/WTR Reports, pay slips, time data reports).
• Support compliance related tasks related to payroll (payments/reporting as per law).
• Maintain employee records, including deductions.
• Prepare regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports.
• Work on stabilizing/improving relationships with payroll vendor.
• Maintain written procedures documenting compliance and processes.
• Manage reporting for employee pension and benefits contributions and employer matching.
• Work with HR and Finance systems to maintain accurate payroll and pension records and ensure accurate reporting to pension administrators
• Assist in resolving issues related to salary, insurances and pension accounts
