Job summary

Boston Scientific is recruiting a Senior Payroll Analyst with German in Warsaw to drive accurate German payroll processing and regulatory compliance within the EMEA framework.

You will partner with HR, Finance and external vendors, handling inquiries and ensuring timely payroll delivery while striving to optimize and automate processes. The role offers a hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth in a global medical technology leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house payroll experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Working knowledge of German payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Experience in international shared service environments is a plus (12+ months).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management or related field.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Accurat is advantageous.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support German payroll processing in line with EMEA processes and local statutory requirements.
• Act as main contact for German tax authorities and health insurance funds.
• Validate payroll input data and complete upload templates.
• Perform payroll validations, reconciliations and quality checks.
• Respond to payroll inquiries via ServiceNow with timely, professional support.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external vendors to ensure accuracy and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with German payroll legislation and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize payroll processes.
