Job summary

LEO Pharma GmbH in Poland is seeking an Operational Purchaser with German to ensure colleagues obtain the right goods and services through proper processes, efficiently and compliantly.

You will be the main contact for requisitioners, guiding them through purchasing procedures, managing orders, and evaluating supplier quotes in line with procurement policies. Proficiency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
• Experience in a global organization, preferably within procurement or customer service.
• Knowledge of SAP and ticketing system would be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.

Responsibilities

• Review shopping carts to ensure correct product categories, preferred suppliers, prices, agreements, and catalogue availability.
• Managing and supporting purchase order execution, including catalogue-related activities.
• Collecting and evaluating supplier quotes in line with procurement procedures and proposing options to the business.
• Creating work orders and supporting sourcing activities in collaboration with Sourcing teams and Category Managers.
• Supporting end users in German and English by guiding them on purchasing procedures and handling supplier-related complaints.

Your role

You will be a key point of contact for requisitioners and business colleagues, helping them navigate purchasing processes, manage purchase orders, and identify the right purchasing channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

We imagine that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a similar field
• Professional experience in a global organization, preferably within procurement or customer service,
• Good knowledge of business processes and an ability to apply procedures accurately in day-to-day work
• Knowledge of SAP and ticketing system would be an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
