Sopra Steria in Katowice is looking for a Junior Service Analyst with German to join our Digital Platform Services team. You will handle incidents with guidance from experienced staff, communicate in German and English, and grow IT skills through structured training.

Working hours are shift-based and training is provided. No prior IT experience is required; you will learn procedures and escalate complex issues to second line as you develop.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of German and English at least at B2 level.
• Willingness to develop IT skills.
• Well-motivated team player with communication skills.
• Working according to the procedures.
• Working hours: Shift Hours.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and resolving incidents (by ticketing tool) regarding hardware and applications.
• Following instructions when dealing with incidents.
• Communicating with users in German and English.
• Escalating more complex problems to the 2nd line of support.
• Collaborating with other technical teams.
• Training time is individually adapted to your needs.
