HCL Technologies in Kraków is seeking a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst to support German-speaking customers in a hybrid role. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues by phone, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has about 1 year of IT experience in customer service or technical support, fluent German (B2) and strong English (B2), plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new

Qualificações

• 1 year of IT experience in customer service & technical support.
• German (min B2) and English (B2) proficiency required.
• Hybrid work model; Krakow office three days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customers’ end users.
• Route problems to internal support group.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and work closely with support staff to obtain technical knowledge.
• Administer and provide User Access in various systems.
• Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems, work requests and their resolutions.
