Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Poland is seeking an HR Specialist in Employee Central to support Germany-based HR activities and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from hiring to contracts and transitions.

The role requires German and English at least B2, 2+ years of HR experience, and familiarity with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office. Hybrid work in Wrocław with occasional travel to support transitions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• German and English languages at least B2.
• Completed higher education in HR or related field.
• Empathy, teamwork, accountability and service orientation.
• Experience with HR tools: SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office.
• Process transition experience and familiarity with the German market is a plus.
• Occasional travel to support transition activities.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the transition of activities from Germany to Poland (occasional travel foreseen).
• Supporting and administering HR tasks with varying levels of complexity while adhering to compliance regulations.
• Processing hiring, contracting, and work/income-related changes using case management systems, mail, or phone.
• Working on projects and using targets to measure service quality.
• Taking ownership of at least one competence center (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation) and driving transition activities, documenting learnings, and ensuring an efficient model.
