Job summary

LumApps, a leader in AI-powered Employee Hubs, is seeking a Digital Customer Success Specialist for the DACH region from our Krakow hub. You will execute regional defense playbooks, manage customer touchpoints at scale, and collaborate with AI assistants to enhance automated journeys.

You will use Planhat, Zendesk, and Pendo to monitor health signals, run playbooks, and generate CSQ Ls. A background in B2B SaaS and strong German/English communication are essential, with a hybrid work setup in

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Success or CS Operations in a B2B SaaS environment (1–3 years).
Native or bilingual in German, fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong execution mindset with structured processes and willingness to improve templates/workflows.
Tech-savvy with SaaS tools and data-driven dashboards.
Clear, engaging communicator for webinars and online presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead regional execution for retention in the DACH market within the Scale Team.
Monitor health metrics and run automated playbooks for at-risk and healthy accounts.
Process customer inquiries via Zendesk and collaborate with AI-assisted workflows.
Identify expansion and cross-sell signals and hand over as CSQLs to Account Managers.
Host webinars and drive automated campaigns to guide customers toward self-sufficiency.
