Job summary

Manufacturo is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager based in Kraków to support our European customer portfolio. You will learn from senior CSMs, grow into managing enterprise relationships, and gradually own your own accounts.

The role reports to a Senior CSM and fluency in French or German is a plus for cross-market coverage. In Month 1 you’ll gain product knowledge and shadow existing customer relationships; by Month 2 you’ll have direct contact with customers and support from your

• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in B2B SaaS or technical environments.
• Fluent English written and spoken; French or German is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
• Analytical thinker comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adoption signals, usage data, and health scores.
• Assist onboarding of new customers through their early lifecycle stages.
• Escalate risks and issues in collaboration with your Senior CSM.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customer questions and needs.
• Support preparation of business reviews (QBRs).
• Relay structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Identify potential expansion opportunities and flag them to the team.

About The Role

We're looking for a motivated CSM based in Kraków to support our European customer portfolio. You'll work closely with senior CSMs, learn how to manage enterprise customer relationships, and gradually take ownership of your own accounts.

You will report directly to a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Fluency in French or German is a plus as several European customers operate across those markets.

In the first month, you'll build deep product knowledge and shadow existing customer relationships. By month two, you'll begin direct customer contact supported by your Senior CSM. By day 90, you'll have a clear view of your portion of the portfolio and be actively contributing to our Voice of Customer process.
