Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking German-speaking customer support agents for a fully remote role based in Greece, with relocation support for EU candidates.

You’ll provide empathetic support, investigate issues, promote safety, and use data insights to improve user experience. Relocation package covers 4 weeks hotel, flights, airport pickup, and real estate fees. Salary up to €1,500 gross/month (x14) plus a €250/month bonus, with remote work across Greece.
