Job summary

Cathay Pacific Group is seeking a Customer Care Advisor in Kraków to deliver top-tier service to direct customers, travel agents, and corporate clients. You will skillfully sell and ticket while building strong relationships and driving revenue.

You will undergo six months of onsite training in Kraków, then shift to a hybrid work model, leveraging English and German language skills to assist a global customer base.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at least B2.
• Fluency in German at least B2.
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone manners.
• Willingness to attend onsite training in Kraków for 6 months and then transition to a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Recommend travel products, fares and services and provide aftersales support.
• Assist customers to reserve and adjust flight bookings.
• Help customers use cathaypacific.com.
• Respond to feedback and general enquiries by phone, email and web channels worldwide.
• Assist customers with planning their journeys.
