Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Civil Site Manager (m/f/d) to lead construction activities for energy infrastructure projects at domestic and international sites. You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to HSE standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, several years in turnkey/EPC projects such as HVDC or power plants, and fluency in German and English. Travel worldwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering.
• Experience in turnkey/EPC projects (HVDC, power plants, or similar).
• Proven HSE experience and safety coordination能力.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for organizing, managing, and supervising all construction activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/EHS requirements and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate technical specifications and manage construction site team.
• Monitor progress, schedules, and budgets; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain as-built documentation and regular site reporting; contribute to CIP processes.
• Travel worldwide for international project assignments.
