Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Civil Field Engineer (f/m/d) to oversee safe, high-quality execution of complex industrial construction projects in an international environment. You will work with the Civil Site Manager to coordinate on-site activities, subs, and consortium partners, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and EHS compliance.

The role requires a university degree in civil engineering, experience in EPC or CP projects, and strong German and English. Travel worldwide is expected.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work in an international project environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, high-quality, and timely execution of civil works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and consortium partners, ensuring collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and Zero Harm culture.
• Manage deviations, risks, and corrective actions; escalate as needed.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, and reporting; maintain proper documentation.
• Handover technical changes and As-Built docs to Engineering.
