Job summary

Atos seeks a Business Analyst to bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams on a large-scale public-sector digitization program in Europe. You will gather and analyze requirements, support solution design, and translate business needs into clear specifications.

The role requires fluent German, strong English, and experience in requirements gathering; you will run workshops with German-speaking stakeholders, model processes, and help manage the backlog with Product Owners.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) - daily communication with stakeholders is conducted in German
Good command of English
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Conduct workshops and meetings with German-speaking stakeholders
Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and functional specifications
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners
Support backlog management and prioritization activities
Review and clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle
Participate in acceptance testing and business validation activities
Create and maintain project documentation
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
