Job summary

Spyro Soft is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with German language proficiency (C1) to join a banking-sector project. You will work in an international, German-speaking environment, gathering and translating business needs into precise requirements and collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, experience in complex IT environments, and a solid understanding of the SDLC.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency (C1) mandatory.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
