Job summary

CBRE Business Services Organisation (CBRE BSO) in Warsaw is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader fluent in German and English to lead a 6-10 finance professionals team serving international clients. The role focuses on rent management and client accounting processes within the Accounts Payable and Client Accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Client Accounting or related finance functions preferred.
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6-10 finance professionals supporting international clients within Accounts Payable and Client Accounting processes.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as back-up for the Account Supervisor and support escalation management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Monitor operational risks and cooperate with audit teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support operational delivery across rent management, client accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
