CBRE is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader with German to lead a finance team handling international AP and client accounting processes. You will coach and develop a 6-10 person team, ensure KPI-driven service delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires fluent German and English, plus one year of leadership experience and strong analytical skills. MS Office proficiency and effective stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience in Accounts Payable or Client Accounting.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6-10 finance professionals supporting international clients within Accounts Payable and Client Accounting processes.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as back-up for the Account Supervisor and support escalation management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Monitor operational risks and cooperate with audit teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and best practices.
• Support operational delivery across rent management, client accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
