Job summary

Biopharma Careers in Wrocław is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist proficient in German to join our finance team. You will manage document flow, ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements, and support the P2P processes.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, monitor vendor accounts, and look for automation opportunities to improve efficiency. A Master's in Finance and English/German language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional accounting experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end P2P processes.
• Excellent English and German language skills.
• Strong communication, prioritization and time management.
• Experience with SAP FI-MM modules is preferred.
• Experience in Process Transition, Centralization and Standardization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process, prioritize and monitor documents (invoices, reminders, balance confirmations) per guidelines.
• Identify optimization potentials such as automation.
• Provide active support and communicate with internal and external partners.
• Analyze and reconcile vendor accounts and related vendor records.
