Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Financial Services Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end contract origination and documentation lifecycle for the German market. You will verify approvals, assemble funding packages, and ensure compliance across lease and loan portfolios.

Reporting to the Operations Business Lead, you will partner with customers, resellers, and FSMs while coordinating with Pricing, Legal, and Credit Risk to meet audit standards and drive timely funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in commercial contract management, legal documentation, lease/loan operations, or banking operations.
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and English, with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Origination & Funding Pack Management: Verify approvals, assemble funding packs, and track deal execution in Salesforce.
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Build relationships with customers, resellers, and FSMs, guiding documentation and onboarding.
• Sales Support & Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate with German sales from deal booking through funding and renewals.
• Cross-Functional Governance & Audits: Coordinate with Pricing, Credit Risk, Legal, and Operations to satisfy approvals and audits.
• Portfolio Lifecycle & Collections Coordination: Manage end-of-lease workflows and support arrears management.
