Publicis Re:Sources is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team in Lublin. You will support General Ledger activities, assist with month-end and year-end closing, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements across markets.

The role requires a solid accounting background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with auditors and internal teams. This on-site position offers a modern office and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Several years of General Ledger experience, preferably in SSC/BPO or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger accounting activities for assigned entities or markets.
• Prepare and post manual and complex journal entries.
• Own balance sheet accounts end-to-end, including reconciliations and analyses.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and finance teams.
