Job summary

Ricoh Poland is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team. You will reconcile inter-company trading accounts, manage month-end close, and ensure accuracy of financial statements while adhering to Group guidelines and SOX controls.

Ideal candidates have experience across GL/RtR, strong analytical skills, autonomy, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is essential, and a background in Finance or Accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inter-company trading accounts and balances.
• Perform month-end close and post month-end journals.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations and timely journal corrections.
• Ensure month-end deadlines are met and reconciliations are validated.
