Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to ensure accuracy of the general ledger and financial reporting. You will support monthly close, maintain compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, and collaborate with the Accounting Manager and cross-functional partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 2+ years of GL accounting experience in manufacturing, and Polish (C1) and English (B2+). This is a hands-on contributor position in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2 years of General Ledger accounting experience in production/manufacturing.
• Foundational knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Polish language (C1) and English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and post journal entries with proper documentation.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Maintain the fixed asset sub-ledger and calculate monthly depreciation.
• Support timely and accurate month-end close procedures.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
