Job summary

Talentuno in Warszawa is seeking a General Ledger Senior Accountant to manage journal entries, close books, and perform balance sheet reconciliations. You will support audits and ensure SOX controls are followed in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English (C1).
• Degree in accounting, economy or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• MS Office (mainly Excel) skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of SOX controls.
• Flexibility, especially in a period of month end close.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post Journal entries (prepaids/accruals/cost allocations/bank clearings).
• Perform highlevel balance sheet review.
• Perform general monthend-close activities.
• Prepare balancesheet reconciliations.
• Resolve inconsistencies found during reconciliation cycle.
• Support external and internal audit queries (including SOX audit).
