ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) seeks a Business Platform Architect to operate at the intersection of business, IT and Data Science. You will ensure scalable GenAI-enabled platforms and act as the main contact for implementing new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• University degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Good knowledge of GenAI, MLOps, cloud computing, and modern development tools.
• Experience with platform architectures and microservices.
• Understanding of business processes and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Knowledge of Python, Spark, SQL and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
• Willingness to innovate, travel and work proactively.

Responsibilities

• Enable strategic digitalization projects by providing AI and digital platforms across the insurance value chain.
• Support design of software solutions for productive deployment of GenAI in ERGO entities (national and international).
• Evaluate tools and technologies for cloud-based GenAI platforms and support their implementation.
• Collaborate on conceptual design and enforcement of technical blueprints with AI Foundations and Business Technology units.
• Ensure ongoing development of technical know-how, tools and methods across Digital Technologies, IT architecture and IT units.
• Provide advisory support for strategic digitalization projects to ensure secure and efficient platform usage.
