N-iX is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate shared GenAI infrastructure used by product squads. You will work hands-on with LLM APIs, implement robust routing and vector-based retrieval, and ensure observability and security across pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and operating shared GenAI infrastructure.
• Hands-on production work with LLM APIs.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems.
• AI-security mindset for prompts, logs and credentials.
• Proven ability to engineer agent/harness tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate shared GenAI infrastructure including LLM routing and RAG.
• Ensure observability and evaluation tooling for AI systems.
• Apply async workflows and idempotency in production.
• Collaborate with client squads and embed as an IC.
• Enhance security and governance of AI pipelines.
