Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an AI Architect to bridge prototype and production. You will lead client-facing engagements, design end-to-end AI solutions, and scope complex programs across cloud platforms. The role combines hands-on leadership with proposal shaping and project scoping.

You will work on generative and classical AI systems, including knowledge-grounded AI and agent architectures, while ensuring practical, cost-aware designs. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/data/ML engineering with AI/ML architecture focus.
• Production fluency in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and technical discussions.
• Ability to scope and budget AI projects including cloud costs.
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing engagements: discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and proposals.
• Analyze RFPs/RFIs, define architecture diagrams, timelines, and costs.
• Scope and estimate AI projects end-to-end: data, infra, cloud costs, operations.
• Design end-to-end architectures for generative and classical AI systems.
• Make technology choices: foundation models, vector stores, orchestration.
• Define MLOps/LLMOps practices and data pipelines.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers on best practices.
