Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a GDS Executive Assistance CoE Location Leader to run the 100+ strong EA team, coordinating with onshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will guide strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and drive innovation across EY GDS in Europe West and globally.

The role requires proven people and service delivery leadership, advanced English, and ability to navigate cross-cultural environments with a strong focus on deadlines and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience as people manager and service delivery manager.
• Advanced English skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of Polish labour law and regulations.
• Experience building high performing teams across generations, cultures and locations.
• Proven experience in transitioning and/or setting up new roles from offshore to onshore.

Responsibilities

• Manage Executive Assistance team in GDS Poland (100+ FTEs) and ensure ECS standards.
• Work with onshore teams and EY GDS colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee multiple transformative projects in administrative processes reengineering.
• Define strategies to develop service offerings and revenue opportunities with resource plans.
• Drive innovation, automation and AI agendas within the team.
• Strengthen connections with the global EY GDS organization and share best practices.
• Lead strategic initiatives and handle operational matters effectively.
