EY GDS Poland EA CoE seeks a senior leader to manage the Executive Assistance team (100+ FTEs) across onshore and offshore interfaces, driving service delivery, client management and process improvements in line with Polish labour law and regional requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience as people manager and service delivery manager.
• Advanced English skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customer orientation.
• Understanding and compliance with deadlines and priorities.
• Good understanding of the Polish labour law and regulations.
• Experience in building high performing teams across generations, cultures and locations.
• Proven experience in transitioning and/or setting up new roles from the offshore to the onshore organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Executive Assistance team in GDS Poland (100+ FTEs).
• Partner with onshore teams and EY GDS services colleagues.
• Oversee transformative projects in administrative processes reengineering.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Represent GDS Poland EA CoE in global and regional forums.
• Own and monitor team performance using established metrics.
• Define strategies to develop and enhance service offerings.
• Identify training and development areas for all team members.
• Ensure adequate support for all team members.
• Drive innovation, automation and AI initiatives within the team.
