Job summary

Experis Poland is seeking a Data Architect GCP to design and optimize data pipelines and governance on Google Cloud. You will model data in BigQuery, implement dbt models, and ensure scalable lakehouse solutions within a medallion architecture.

Work involves building robust CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Terraform-based infrastructure, and strong data security practices on GCP. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with hands-on production GCP experience.
• Proven expertise in BigQuery data modeling, partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization.
• Experience building lakehouse/data warehouse using medallion architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines using dbt and orchestrate workflows with Apache Airflow/Cloud Composer.
• Develop data processing components in Python and PySpark.
• Design and develop Gold/Platinum layers of medallion architecture in BigQuery.
• Optimize performance and costs through partitioning, clustering, and FinOps practices.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.
