Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking an experienced Data Lead/Data Architect in Poland to design and deliver modern data solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will lead architectural decisions, build scalable data processing frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data quality and analytics. Hybrid work model with several Polish locations.

The role requires 8+ years in data leadership, strong GCP, BigQuery, SQL and Python skills, and experience shaping data architecture and analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Data Lead or Data Architect
• Strong experience with GCP Data Engineering stack is a must
• Excellent SQL and Python skills
• Very good knowledge of BigQuery
• Experience in data architecture and data quality management

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines
• Develop and optimize BigQuery datasets
• Design and implement data processing logic and reusable templates
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams
