Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking Poland-based Data Architecture & Governance Consultants to join the Banking & Payments practice in Warsaw. You will design and govern scalable data solutions across complex financial services environments, leveraging GCP and BigQuery while aligning data definitions and standards with business needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data modelling for data warehouses, integrated data layers, and analytical layers.
• Experience with BigQuery modelling best practices.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, BigQuery, and Google Cloud data services.
• Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Stewards, and Domain Experts.
• Experience designing scalable, secure data solutions in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design data models for data warehouses, integrated data layers, and analytical layers.
• Integrate data from multiple source systems and establish consistent definitions and documentation.
• Support data governance activities including data ownership, stewardship, metadata, and data quality.
• Design scalable, secure and high-performance GCP and BigQuery solutions with cost management in mind.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into practical data solutions.
