Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the technical design of a large-scale GCP data platform for an enterprise telecommunications client. You will define a lakehouse and medallion architecture using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub, working as an independent technical voice alongside senior client architects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data or enterprise architecture.
• 0
• Experience designing lakehouse/medallion architectures at scale.
• Migration of legacy ETL to cloud-native patterns.
• Proven ability to advise clients and lead architecture decisions.
• Strong communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and own target-state lakehouse/medallion architecture for multi-petabyte GCP data platform.
• Translate goals into scalable architecture and delivery roadmaps.
• Define ingestion, transformation, curation, cataloging, governance, and analytics layers.
• Advise on migration of legacy pipelines to cloud-native patterns.
• Evaluate tooling (Fivetran, dbt, Airflow/Composer) and ensure security/compliance.
