Ironbird Creations, a game studio based in Cracow, seeks a Brand Manager. The role centers on conducting Marketing Analyses and creating detailed Marketing Roadmaps for our games, collaborating with internal teams to ensure high quality development and cohesive campaigns.

You will monitor market trends, research the competition, and maintain stakeholder updates. Strong experience in gamedev and marketing, plus English and Polish language skills, are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in gamedev.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing (preferably, in a similar position).
• At least one Premium indie title on your account.
• Knowledge of 1st party platforms (Steam, Xbox, PS, Switch, etc.).
• Polish native but can also speak convincingly in English.

Mansioni

• Preparing Marketing Analysis and building Sales Forecasts for our games.
• Creating reliable and consistent Marketing Roadmaps.
• Establishing Brand Summaries and Brand Blueprints for selected products and retaining cohesion in our Marketing Campaigns.
• Administering Marketing processes in close cooperation with our Internal Departments.
• Forming and nurturing partnerships with External agencies for selected products.
• Fostering relationships with developers.
• Empowering other members of the team; staying up-to-date with their portions of our projects.
• Tracking and analyzing KPIs and ROI.
• Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
