Job summary

Bolt is seeking a data-driven Senior Operations Specialist to own the driver and car registration funnel for our ride-hailing operations in Poland. You will dig into funnel data and design and drive the changes across the board, from a landing page to retention programmes.

In this role, you will work across analysis, execution, and partnerships: owning funnel performance end-to-end, turning data into concrete action plans, and building the external relationships to keep the registration process

Qualifications

• Experience with funnel analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to design and implement changes based on insights.
• Proven track record building dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the driver and car registration funnel, tracking conversion at every stage from application to first ride.
• Turn analysis into action: design, prioritise, and rollout changes, then measure impact and iterate.
• Cooperate with external stakeholders to keep the registration process compliant and efficient.
• Bridge local market realities with global strategy by coordinating with central teams.
• Build dashboards and reporting to keep stakeholders informed on funnel health and trends.
