Job summary

Glovo is seeking a 3PL & Rider Operations Manager in Warsaw to lead a team coordinating with fleet partners and ensuring a ready-to-serve rider network. You will report to the Head of Operations and drive long-term fleet sustainability while strengthening partner collaborations.

You will craft commercial strategies, incentives, and budgets, oversee rider acquisition, and use data to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-demand operations roles (e.g., operations, consulting, etc.).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-backed decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Experience negotiating with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop long and short term commercial strategies for the fleet partners.
• Craft incentive plans for fleet partners.
• Oversee rider acquisition processes in the Polish market.
• Analyze daily and weekly operational metrics with a macro view.
• Develop execution plans and ensure delivery by the team.
• Plan acquisition and incentive budget and oversee spend.
• Ensure Glovo is the top app of choice for riders.
• Understand country supply situation and fleet status across regions.
• Engage and retain riders through high-impact projects.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve the rider funnel.
