Bolt in Poland is seeking a solutions-driven Senior Operations Specialist for the Riders domain. You will turn data into business insights, lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, and drive initiatives that align stakeholders and accelerate growth.

You will collaborate with Operations Managers, manage internal and external partners, monitor KPIs with SQL, Python, or Looker, and own day-to-day operations to keep the market running smoothly.

About The Role

We are looking for a solutions-driven Senior Operations Specialist who combines a strong analytical foundation with the ability to independently lead projects end-to-end to support with our Riders domain. You will turn data into business insights, spot development opportunities, and drive the initiatives that act on them: aligning cross-functional teams, managing internal and external stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact on supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Poland.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager(s) and act as a go-to owner for complex, multi-stakeholder projects. In this role you will directly shape how Bolt operates in Poland. The processes we run, the initiatives we prioritize, and how we scale with a visible impact on business growth and key metrics.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Leading operational projects end-to-end, from problem definition and business case, through planning and execution, to measuring impact. Coordinating multiple workstreams and functions to deliver on time and on target. Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus.
• Managing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners. Building alignment on goals, owning the primary relationship, ensuring delivery against agreed terms, and communicating progress and results clearly to different audiences, including leadership.
• Gathering and analyzing data from various sources to monitor KPIs and understand real-time company performance, translating findings into concrete recommendations and action plans. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g. Looker) for advanced analysis and automation is a plus.
• Supporting the definition and execution of Bolt's growth strategy for Poland. Translating strategic priorities into concrete operational initiatives, developing strategic documents to align and inform leadership.
• Owning day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth and reliable execution across the market, anticipating bottlenecks, and resolving operational issues quickly to keep the business running effectively.
• Creating, documenting, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency.

About You

• You have +3 years of experience in an analytical, operations, consulting, or project-focused role, with a track record of owning and delivering projects independently.
• You have proven experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders toward a shared goal.
• You are experienced in stakeholder management, including working with external parties.
• You have a data-driven mindset, you approach problems methodically, and you are skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
• You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Polish, able to translate complex analysis into clear action plans.
• You are structured and self-driven, able to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and bring order to ambiguous problems.
