Job summary

Bolt is seeking a data-driven Senior Operations Specialist to own the driver and car registration funnel for our ride-hailing operations in Poland. You will dig into funnel data and design and drive the changes across the board, from a landing page to retention programmes.

In this role, you will work across analysis, execution, and partnerships: owning funnel performance end-to-end, turning data into concrete action plans, and building the external relationships to keep the registration process

• Proven track record building dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.

About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Operations Specialist to own the driver and car registration funnel across our ride-hailing operations in Poland. You will dig into funnel data then design and drive the changes across the board, from a landing page to retention programmes.

In this role, you will work across analysis, execution, and partnerships: owning funnel performance end-to-end, turning data into concrete action plans, and building the external relationships to keep the registration process running smoothly.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the driver and car registration funnel, tracking conversion at every stage from application to first ride, and know precisely where applicants get stuck and why.
• Turn analysis into action: design, prioritise, and roll out changes that address the issues you uncover, then measure their impact rigorously and iterate.
• Cooperate closely with outside stakeholders - to keep the registration process compliant, efficient, and driver-friendly.
• Work closely with central teams to connect local execution with global strategy, acting as the bridge between Polish market realities and broader platform direction.
• Build dashboards and reporting that keep stakeholders informed on funnel health, conversion trends, and the measured impact of implemented actions, enabling data-driven decision making across the team.
