Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Trustee team member within Markets and Securities Services. The Trustee supervises collective investment or pension funds to ensure compliance with regulations and the entity’s legal status.

You will support high‑quality depositary monitoring, maintain client relationships, resolve data discrepancies, and help onboard new clients. The role requires up to 3 years in financial services, English at C1, and strong organization.

Qualifications

• You have up to 3 years of experience within Financial Services (ideally in Investment Funds area).
• Bachelor’s diploma or higher (nice-to-have).
• You are advanced in English – C1 - written and spoken.
• You are able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive environment and you are not afraid of multitasking.
• You are a people person, open to delivering superior customer service.
• You are motivated, extremely well-organized and very detail-oriented.
• You can be a pro-active team player but also able to work independently (with no direct supervision).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in providing a high quality depositary monitoring service to ensure that clients comply with the regulatory rules and in accordance with corporate trusteeship responsibilities.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and their third party administrators communicating with them in a professional, clear and concise manner, meeting all deadlines.
• Clarifying and resolving inconsistencies between data reflected by Citi and supplied by the customer (maker-checker role).
• Timely answering to the standard and non-standard questions related to the duties performed by maintaining an appropriate level of business correspondence,
• Taking over Supervisor's duties related to the management of the process during absences,
• Coordination of the new clients / processes / solutions onboarding in the team / department.

Team/Role Overview

Trustee Team is a part of the Markets and Securities Services. The role of the Trustee is to supervise the activities of a collective investment or pension fund, ensuring that the fund acts in accordance with legal regulations and the legal status of the entity.

The purpose is the protection of the interests of fund investors and pension fund participants.

This activity is performed based on open communication with our customers.

On your typical day you will be mostly responsible for:

• Supporting the team in providing a high quality depositary monitoring service to ensure that clients comply with the regulatory rules and in accordance with corporate trusteeship responsibilities.
